Welcome to Edible Garden Creations! We are a garden service company that specializes in helping urban gardeners grow all things edible. We focus on urban landscapes even in small spaces and provide design, coaching or installation of organic edible gardens for those wanting vegetable gardens or those wanting to incorporate edibles into existing landscapes.
I love growing fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs for my family and creating recipes that showcase our harvest. I created Edible Garden Creations to share that passion with you. As a garden coach and teacher, I want to inspire you to grow your favorite fruits and vegetables even in small spaces. I can show you how to grow salad greens, kitchen herbs, and a rainbow of vegetables and fruits that will knock the sox off of any store- bought produce. I can also help you create recipes that capture the burst of flavor from your freshly picked produce, show you how to store and preserve the season’s bounty, and other ways to use your garden harvests. By working with nature in feeding the soil instead of the plant, you will soon have a garden brimming with your favorite edibles along with butterflies, hummingbirds, honeybees, beneficial insects and more.
